Kelsey’s Camaraderie:
Stepping up and standing out

In challenging moments, Kelsey a colleague from our Africa cell, always steps up—not just for her own team, but for the entire organization. One standout example was during our application for the Google Workspace Transformation Specialization. Without hesitation, Kelsey dove in, sharing her expertise with teams well beyond her usual responsibilities. What seemed like complex problems to many, Kelsey made approachable with her calm, focused guidance. This is just one instance, but she also supports onboarding new colleagues through the Buddy system and has been actively involved in BDR recruitment.

What makes Kelsey’s camaraderie so remarkable is how she consistently embodies it in her behavior. She takes initiative when things get tough, reaches out to help others without being asked, and creates an environment of trust and support. Kelsey’s actions remind us that camaraderie isn’t just about collaboration; it’s about showing up with empathy, sharing your strengths, and helping others succeed.
